I have been taking Xatral od10mg for 11 months. Since I started the MD told me that I may experience an improvement of my sex drive.....well, it has worked all the way around. I am considering myself impotent, I get very bad erections, orgasm is quite lousy and short, from the time sex starts to the time of ejaculation....seconds!!! I have asked my doctor to change XATRAL or to add some kind of Viagra to the treatment.
