Could I have your permission please to post your story on my Dutch mirena website? I created a forum there to warn women about the side effects. I will use your nickname with the story and refer them to medications.com too.
I have had the same side effects as you, and am worried too about the breast feeding thing. My son had clicking joints too! My mirena was taken out four weeks ago. Take care, and I hope we will all be able to regain our health again.
Kind regards,
Claudia

I agree one hundred percent. I know my symptoms weren't postpartum because I got it put in a year and a half later - but they still try to tell you it's not the Mirena. I honestly feel I would have attributed my symptoms to postpartum issues if I had it put in right after having a baby.
I feel the same way about the breasfeeding. I feel sick to the stomach to think that I breastfed my son for 5 months while the Mirena was pumping out hormones into his system. I hope and pray that he has not been affected by this.
I fully agree I would alo love to sue the pants off them
check out some of the other horror stories I found,

I hope you are well.
apparently leaflets distributed with Mirena in Canada detail a fuller list of side effects from the IUS than the leaflet in US does. If this is true there may be a potential way here to sue for 'failure to warn' in strict liability.
