Is there nausea in the beginning of Effexor XR....is it just in the beginning and the goes away? or if you have it (nausea) you will always have it antonio

I would not recommend this drug...I have been taking the xr version for 5 years and have tried to come off of it several times with no luck. But, to answer your question, the nausea and constipation that I experienced when I first started taking the drug did go away after about a month or two.
