Well I have been on Jolessa for a little more than a year now. When I started it it was ok then it got so much worse and well I stopped taking it because I got sick and couldn't keep it down in my stomach then when I started taking it again I had my period the whole 3 month cycle when I asked my doctor he said that it was ok because it wasn't a heavy flow but I still felt uncommon then my period finally stopped and I was left with a very weird discharge it was almost snot like. It was gooey and brown almost looked like the color of dried up blood if any one else has experienced this I would like to hear what you did to help it

I had the brown discharge for 3 weeks on the Jolessa. It started doing a number on my sex life! The only way I got it to stop was when I stopped taking the pills, had a "normal" period which lasted for 7 days and then I was fine. I just got switched to Quasense, another generic form of Seasonale. If this doesnt work I will quit this and go back to Seasonale or Seasonique.
