After being diagnosed with PCOS, my doctor prescribed Aviane about 8 years ago for me after I had bad side effects from other BC pills (nausea, weight gain). Because of my fear of being nauseous, I began taking it after dinner. Now after 8 years, I have had no notable side effects, light periods, and some weight loss. This is great for me because with PCOS there can be weight gain, and BC pills help eliminate that. Hope this helps some of you. I refuse to take anything else.
