hi, Yes you have been through quite a bit. I have read about eating a healthy diet. Flour Wheat and dairy can cause me to also have that brain fog. Try to eat foods with out Gluten. Gluten is in breads and other foods. Now the grocery store offers many delicious foods that are gluten free. Also, sounds like you are experiencing IBS. Stop concentrating on what you CANT eat and become a positive thinker. There is a healthy way to eat which will make your body feel alive and fit. Stay away from processed, preprepared foods, boxed meals. go for steamed veges with rotisseri chicken works good for me. Eat soluable fiber and read read read to educate yourself about good nutritian. Take a basic multivitamin and supplement it with vit E. See a nutritianist. It will cost money, but your health is worth it. Just DONT stop until you have found the answere to all your questions. It is like going into battle fighting for your healthy body and mind.
