none that i can think of. got rid of the depression and i take it with adderalxr which i moddified the dosing of so it is smoother. I split the adderal capsels so i can take it over a couple of hours in three doses with a small dose later so i do not get agitated later. This takes care of any palpitations or speed feeling during the day to as it does not go into my system all at once twice a day as the two sets of beads dissolve. I know this is just welbutrin but i take both add and depression
