I had a horrible mental reaction to the levaquin. I had mixed nsaids with the levaquin because no one warned me. I was taking aspirin and advil because I had pneumonia. It's a drug interaction that causes severe central nervous system reactions. Go to www.fqvictims.org but be sure to send a medwatch report in to www.fda.gov. Good luck to you
My first side effects with the drug were nerve pain in my eyes, back and left leg. The doctors ignored it until I started having tendon pain. It's been 5 weeks and I'm still about the same. Get off the drug. It's not worth it.
While taking the Levequin one night I thought I was asleep and having a bad dream that I was arguing with my husband. In the morning he was sleeping on the couch. I was in a complete blackout, I only remember it because I thought I was dreaming. He confirmed it was true. I couldn't believe it. I am also having muscle/joint pain and buring in both of my elbows. It hurts to pick up a glass of water. I have been off of it for 6 days. This really is starting to scare me. Good Luck
