It seems to control my pain quite well at 1.5 ml (that is 1 1/2 dropperfuls) I had to use it after a uterine ablation and that was after several other heavy narcotics were ineffective, one being dilaudid. I was finally able to get some peaceful rest and it really helped dull the sharp stabbing pains that I was having.
