TELL YOUR SO-CALLED DR. THAT IF HE WOULD READ UP ON A DRUG BEFORE GIVING IT TO ANYONE, HE WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT YOU CAN'T MIX NSAIDS (ibiprophen) with levaquin.
MAKE SURE YOU SUBMIT A MEDWATCH REPORT AT WWW.FDA.GOV. THIS POISON HAS GOT TO BE TAKEN OFF THE MARKET.
I urge you to read the package insert. NSAIDS are contraindicated with this drug. They compound the adverse effects, particularly those with CNS aspects. In relationship to the joint/muscle pain, perhaps your care provider should to some research too. I heard the same story right before my complete distal bicep rupture. They may have a medical degree but their general intelligence is lacking. Many of us would be more than happy to show them our first hand experiences. Good luck to you.
