I hope maybe I can help from a personal stand point.
What time and how often do you take the Provigil? If you're still suffering from insomnia...and every thing other than the Provigil has a tendency to cause drowsiness...something's wrong. You're on too many things to still have insomnia and facial paresthesia? That's gotta be antipsychotics. Have you been on other antipsychotics in the past that have a history of causing that, I know alot of the older ones do.
I think you should really question your therapy and maybe question your prescribing doctor. So many things together may cause negetive results. Think about it. In this case...less might be more and getting rid of two or three drugs and replacing it with one that might provide you with less side effects, might be GOOD FOR YOU. Please consider. In your case...maybe LESS IS MORE.
Thank you for your feedback. I have since ceased taking Ambien and Ativan and feel a lot better. I am thinking of going off of Geodon as well as I do not need it at all.
