Started taking this medicine 3 months ago at first was happy with it . and then the sex drive died and then the headaches began so bad it hurt to walk.And then the cold feet and hands and joint pain my back kills. and i havent slept in weeks, the worst is the seats.Called my doctor today it was so bad i cried, he told me not to take it tonight he gave me ativan and he will see me tommorw i want off for good.

I am having difficult time sleeping. Went to ER 1 month ago and was put on Metoprolol for PVC's or palpitations.I'm only taking 50mg a day. I think this medicine has made it worse. I wake up around 4:30 am with blood pressure around 170/120 and my mind racing and body sweats. Went to my doctor and now on anxiety medicine. Feel much better and sleeping all night. Metoprolol slows heart rate down, but mine was never fast. It would just skip beats. Dealing with my Mom having cancer. I just think I needed the anxiety medicine all along!

I've just started this drug two weeks ago and have
persistent flu-like aches at the base of my neck and
shoulders. I take 25mg a day--half in the morning and
half at night.
Will the aches stop eventually?
