I took Bactrim for a UTI. I am experiencing constipation, sore leg muscles, anxiety, rapid heart beat, breathlessness, and cramping all over my lower abdomen. I agree, the side effects of this drug are worse than the illness you are taking it for!

Ive never taken Bactrim, but my dad took it a couple months ago and had bad side affects. Swollen tongue, mouth ulcers and hives were his symptoms. His doctor concluded that he was allergic to sulfer drugs.
