Please read my posting..."72 year old white female". Your description of leg pain matches what I experienced. X-rays (both regular and via orthopedic surgeon) showed nothing. He ordered dye test in bones and found femur fractures in BOTH legs. I was a serious walker and dancer and my life has been changed by this. DOWN WITH FOSAMAX!
Would you be kind enough to help me find your posting? I am so very sorry for what you have been going through. Fosamax takes time to exit the human body. My symptons are diminishing, but it has taken many months for this to happen. I, too, was a serious walker,---now I am having to build up slowly again as I was crippled for so long with the severe symptons from Fosamax....I do hope and pray that you will be able to walk again in comfort....I feel for you having your life so changed and not being able to dance as you once did....I think a large chorus of your fellow humans will swell the refrain WITH YOU, "DOWN WITH FOSAMAX!"
