send in a medwatch report at www.fda.gov also, look up the drug from ortho mcneill website and see what it says about the interaction with predisone
It is clearly stated in the package insert NOT to combine steroids with fluoroquinolones. The risk of an adverse reaction as well as the severity of such a reaction are greatly increased. This has been reported since 1996.
