I've only been on it for a month, this is the second time it's in I've noticed my acne has gotten much worse (i was told it would make it better?) and I'm SO tired all of the time- i can never get enough sleep i went for 2 pregnancy tests because i was just throwing up for no reason- both were negative, so I'm guessing it's the ring making me throw up the appetite change seems to be opposite for me though i can't seem to make myself eat- food seems disgusting to me complete loss in appetite it's only been a month, and I'm going to keep it in until i go see my OBGYN on the 14th, but it seems that all these affects are from the ring.
