I am taking the Lupron injections 3.75 once a month. I recently had my 4th shot. I too am having so many mood changes. Stress, just the ability to cope with regular things, moodswings, crying for no reason, just feeling unstable all the time, its caused some problems between my husband and i and my self confidence/self esteem. I have 2 shots to go and hope i can hold out. We too are looking to get pregnant after the shots are over.
From your posting, it sounds as though you are pregnant.
If this is so, you should be advised that Lupron is not
indicated for pregnant women because it is known to
cause birth defects. See www.drugs.com/lupron.html

I have been on Lupron since the 1st of february. I have had some of the symtoms as some of you. I have had night sweats, heat flashes and mood swings. I just had surgery January 30th, I had a myomectomy and had a cyst removed from one of my overies. After the surgery my doctor told me that I had endometreosis. So, she sugested that I take the lupron for treatment. My husband and I want to have children, so go through these small side affects for three months wil be worth it.
I also went on Lupron for the end result, wanting to have children. At age 19 I was Diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, and during my surgery, Endometriosis was diagnosed. The Side affects are well worth it for the end result though, and I wish you the best of luck!!
