I have been taking Ritalin for about 8 years. Ritalin LA has worked very well with me, except for depression. Ritalin does make me depressed when I take it before I eat. It also makes me not want to eat anything and i don't feel like talking to my friends at all when I take it before I eat. Other than that I feel that Ritalin LA has worked better on me than any other ADHD med.
