What pill? Some are different than others. The one that has both female and male hormones are worse, they cause acne. Ask your doctor to change the medications.
hiya, you could try vitex, also know as agnus castus.it is great for helping with hormonal imbalances,i swear by it. i also suffered from premenstrual acne and found that the agnus castus stopped it after about 3-4 months.it is not a fast acting herb and you should give it a trial of at least 3 months to get it into your system.it is usually recommended that you take it for 6 months then come off to see if your hormones are now balanced,if your symptoms return go back on it.there is no evidence that it is harmfull when used in the longterm.i used it consistently for 10 months with no ill effects at all, have had a break and may well go back on if my spots and cramps return.
hope that helps a little, good luck"!
I have the same problem as you...I tried this and it worked Pure Skin Clarifying Dietary Supplement, I order it on murad.com. It is vitamins and I love it, just a little pricey
