it has been 3 months post removal and i still have all the joint pain and dizziness , when i had the mirena in i had really bad panick attacks and heart palptations, extreme fatigue i mean extreme really bad dizziness , pins andneedles , numbness , and list goes on most of it went away a couple of weeks after removed but i still have the joint pain and dizziness weakness down one side but slowly getting better hope everything goes well for you good luck
I'm feeling around 80% better and I'm now almost three months post removal. I have no more joint pains though, and believe me, they were bad... I felt like I was an 80-year old woman (instead of 38) when I crawled out of bed in the mornings... I had physiotherapy and a medical training programme, and all of that was a waste of time... it was my Mirena all along! It may take up to a year to feel completely normal again. And side effects may hit you right before your period, but each period (I have just had my third) they were less strong. I hope you will be feeling better soon, like I did! Take care!
WoW! you actually took it out your self! I'm to much of chicken but I guess it's better you doing than paying 200 dollars to take it out. Man that's what they charged me but thank god I have insurance, But I've been without the mirena for 2 mons now and man do I feel better I can't remember that last time I had so much energy. But hopefully you recover from the Mirena it took me one week and Felt better than ever..
