i have been taking Lisinopril for 4 weeks and have developed a violent dry cough, sore throat, tiredness, aching, leg and ankle swelling, and no drop in Blood pressure. I have also got the return of Angio Oedema (facial and throat swelling), which i have not had for 5-6 yrs. I shall not be taking this medication any more. Im sure there are other drugs that can help without these side effects. Tanis.

Hey, my name is Ashley. I'm 25 and live in Utah. Try taking Propranolol. I take it for my Mitrovalve Prolapse. I started out on 10mg twice daily and am now on 20mg twice daily and have not had one single side effect. My mother has also been taking it for years for her blood pressure side effect free. Its definately a milder drug than Lisinopril. That stuff is crap I hear. :) Good luck!
