I've took this 5years and didn't notice any side effects other than not getting a period :) recently I quit taking it for 2 months and then went back on. After the first week I noticed side effects after all (that I had for the past 5 years). Thinking that something was wrong I got blood work, took depression and anxiety meds and never did find out what was wrong. I had mild DEPRESSION - sad all the time,FATIGUE, and major MOOD SWINGS. Now that I quit I'm a different HAPPY person.

I'm so glad that you posted this. I just started taking Seasonique and noticed that I too was slightly depressed and extremely TIRED!! I could sleep all day if I was allowed to. I have also been forgetful and brainless (from the fatigue and depression, I believe). My decision to quit just got stronger.
