I just started the Loestrin 24...today is my second pill. reading all these posts worries me, however, I did take a pill many years ago and really didn't have any side effects! I maybe am the exception to most rules this way, but I had no problems. I can't for the life of me remember the name of it, as it's probably been 10 years maybe. I am chuckling at any worries about bigger breasts...bring it on!! LMBO!!! I would LOVE to have that issue, but I understand there also needs to be a certain comfort zone for a person too. I'm barely an A...even after 5 children. It's disappointing to say the least. I just had my period last week...like spotting the 13th. Started in the middle of the night (14th) and bled not nearly as heavy as I have been and just Thursday/Friday. Nothing Sat.. or Sun. Today I break out bleeding again. Kind of what I expected, as i never have 2 days of period ever. usually 4 with spotting the 5th. Sometimes I have one day towards the end where i think maybe I'm done, with nothing for an entire day, and then I'll have another day or so or period. Joy.....

I wonder what this pill will do for me. I def don't want any mood swing crap going on, as I have some chemical imbalances already. I worried about weight gain, as I don't want that either (well unless it's getting bigger breasts! LOL!!) How long were you all on this pill before side effects kicked in good? I've taken a whopping 2 pills so far. I hate having a period at all, so I really don't want breakthrough bleeding. UGH! No issues with this on the last pill I took. But this should stop after a few months anyway, right? So...I'll deal. Good luck to everyone!
