SMZ-TMP is Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim. Bactrim is the same thing. Please Google "bactrim and stevens-johnson syndrome".
Also, from critpath.org:
"An allergic reaction to Bactrim can cause fevers, itching, rashes, and other problems. Rashes usually occur on the upper torso and arms/hands, sometimes ... the face, rarely elsewhere. In many cases, there is only a mild intolerance to the drug, with few such symptoms. In very severe cases, however, the rashes and fevers may become a serious problem, causing great discomfort and the sloughing-off of large areas of skin. For these reasons, it is important that a doctor carefully follow patients using this drug, and discontinue the drug at the first sign of problems. It may take several weeks for the Bactrim-intolerant patient to normalize after a severe allergic reaction to this drug. "
