OMG thank you so much. I have been driving my self insane trying to figure out what is going on with me. I have been having the same symptoms you have described. Shortness of breath a persistent cough that intensifies when i go outside in the cold air. I am going right now to take the ring out. I have also developed a rash on my neck and have been suffering from continuous indigestion. Thank you again for the heads up. I hope it works.
I'm so glad I helped you. When I started this BC I never expected to have the side effects that developed. If you are having the same symptoms as me then I erg you to ask your doctor to do and EKG right away. I have had a few lung infections this winter and one landed me in the ER for about 10 hours. While I was there I had an EKG done and my heart is now working under stress. So please make sure you discuss this with your doctor right away. I now need a bunch of test done to make sure I did not do permanent damage to my heart. It's hard to say that all of my symptoms are due to the ring because persistent cough worsened by cold air could be asthma but I've never had asthma and it's not in my family history. I have been ring free for almost a month now and I'm finally off the asthma inhalers and my chest is clearing up. Although my heart is still not quite right I am almost back to normal. Just get your heart checked out and you will be feeling better in the next month or so.
