I have had a loss of body in my hair since I've been on this drug. I haven't noticed a significant hair loss (i.e. clumps falling out or lots of hairs on the sink after I blow dry) It's been three months since I began taking it. I can't say that I'm happy about this, and I'm concerned that others are experiencing the same sorts of symptoms not listed on any information I've been given. I'm in my early 50's as others have noted in their postings. My sister suggested that I do a search for this symptom, and I'm glad she did. I have an appointment with my doctor next month, but I think I'll call him on Monday morning and ask him to consider alternatives. Perhaps this generic isn't the best for me.
