VERTIGO! I've had bouts of it in the past but nothing like this...

VERTIGO! I've had bouts of it in the past but nothing like this! Falling down, unable to drive, to the point of vomiting. I thought it was from allergies (which are bad but if I'm taking the Zyrtec... as well as Nasonex and psuedofedrine... and I am not getting better... what was I thinking?). Went to the doctor who gave me a 3 more medications and exercises and told me to continue the Zyrtec. Then, after starting the other medication and feeling better, I took Zyrtec before bed and my symptoms got worse again! Thankfully I realized what was provoking it. I contacted Pfizer to see if they were collecting additional information to fine tune the side effects info they have now.
