Given Levaquin to treat a sinus infection and have developed chest pains within 6 hours of first dose. Pains are only on left side of torso, dull on left side, but extremely sharp in left shoulder. Will NEVER take this again!

Yes Generic Levaquin causing chest pain is one of the most serious side effect. Were you taking any other medications along with generic levaquin. you can look at the medicines that interact with generic levaquin that increase the intensity of side effects.at http://www.internationaldrugmart.com/levaquin.html
