This will be my fourth week on Loestrin 24 Fe. The first week or so seemed fine, no side effects. I then got my period a week early and have had it for 8 days now, on and off. I don't know if this is normal or not... I've had days where I am very emotional for no reason whatsoever. This is only my first month, however, and I am going to speak with my doctor and try and wait it out for a couple more months to see if it regulates itself out. I haven't noticed any gain in appetite or in weight. I try to exercise 3-5 a week, which probably helps. I'm hoping everything clears itself up... or I will definitely be switching asap.
