I weaned myself off of this drug, and it's almost a month now with none at all, and I feel so much better! I had all the side effects everyone mentions in here, with terrible nightmares, weight gain, diabetes like symptoms,etc.
There are natural alternatives that i found that work great, no side effects.
All doctors will tell you the side effects you are experiencing cannot possibly be the drugs you are taking, but they lie! It's all about profit.

Hi I hope both of you are still on this site, because I am also in the withdrawal process now off Toprol Xl and its been 5 weeks and its been a nightmare. I am getting stronger and better then the begining but my heart rate still very high and blood pressure elevates up and down.,, did either one of you go through this Rebound Process and if so how long did it take for you to get back to normal,, thanks so much
