I have taken anywhere from 60 to 80 mg of kenalogs for severe allergies for about the last 15 years. I get one shot a year in the fall and have had no side affects. I have talked to several doctors and all but one said that I should be able to tolerate it because it is only once a year. I would recommend it for severe seasonal allergies.
