I've taken 5 mg of lisinopril for about 10 years now. Recently I started experiencing shortness of breath and irregular heartbeats after climbing just a few stairs. Previously, my only sympton was extreme fatigue and lack of sexual desires. After having several tests for the heart and breathing problems (which were all negative), I was prescribed 10 mg per day (my blood pressure was in the high range). This has helped lower my blood pressure but all the other symptons, as mentioned, are still there. It's comforting to know it's not just me experiencing these same problem. I'm only 56 years old and in relately good shape except for the blood pressure problem.
