I totally understand...my doctor put me on 20 mg yesterday and it made me feel a little off. Like kind of fluttery, and a little insomnia. I can see improving already over the course of the day. I am told that these side effects are common and will go away usually in a few days, but maybe up to a week or two.

i to have exsperienced the shortness of breath it feels like im haveing an asthma/anxiety attack. i would be sitting down clam and all of a sudden it would be hard for me to catch my breath. i was taking 80mg thats 2 40mg a day my pharmacist told me that the dose probably was to high for me so it was lowerd to 40mg a day i feel much better now so you may need to take to your doctor about it.
