I also gained a lot of weight, 60 pounds to be exact in a four month period. My doctor swears that it can't be a side effect. But as I look online I see so many weight gain complaints with Wellbutrin, makes me wonder if they just aren't reporting the weight gain because "it's not supposed to cause it"

I also have notice a weight gain . At first I coulnd't figure out why I had an increase in appeite and I checked the side effects to see if that was an side effects and it 's not listed as one but I sure have gained weight since January when I began taking the medicine.
