14 yr old son just began 18mg of Concerta, not sure if I like the effects I see...seems draggy, moody, dilated pupils, c/o headache any advise?

I take 36mg of concerta and I'm 12 I have been taking it for over 3 years and I suffer from headaches at least 10 times a day, but it has changed me so much I have been kicked out of 5 schools before I started to take it but now I passed my 11+ which I could of never of done if I dfidn't take it but now I'm in Beths Grammar School. What I'm trying to say is the good stuff out weighs the bad stuff
