I'm 25 years old and have been using Loestrin for a year now. At first I really enjoyed the shorter periods, but a couple months came and I never got my period which put me into panic mode. Not pregnant thank god, but i miss the reassurance of getting my period. On Loestrin I've noticed severe headaches, nausea and thinning hair. Over the past year I've also gained 10lbs.....never had a weight problem, work out 3-4 times a week, eat healthy....Can't wait to switch birth controls....this one is causing more stress than good! I never thought I'd say this, but I miss my period!
