I love it! I kept getting a sinus infection. I took two different Antibiotics and they obviously did not work. It came back again....but worse. Z pak finally worked after being sick for two months straight! I did have some stomach problems, but I'm just glad to be feeling better and not coughing nonstop. Every drug is going to have some side effect. But it did the job!
