A week ago I got a prescription for the Nuva Ring with the idea it would be easy and convenient.Thankfully from the advice of my mom,I decided I should get more information about it before starting it.After reading a bunch of posts about side effects of it,I've decided I DO NOT want to try it! But am now trying to figure out what instead??Anyone have a recommendation?

Mirena very low hormones. Works for 5 years, and is reversable at any time.

you are so young, you should try to see if it works for you..Everybody is different, and you might be one of the ones it works for. Every medication has a flip side to it, even oral birth control..try it for a month and see how it goes!
