I started taking this the first day of my last cycle in January... I haven't had one since, and I have just started my third pack.... I was not so much worried but curious so I called my Dr's office and spokethe physician on duty and she was like thats normal... And if I felt that I may be pregnant just to take a test, but other than that don't worry about it... But Im going to make an appt and go in and spaek to my actual Dr...

I too am not getting my period. I have been on Loestrin 24 for a little over a year. Maybe, every other two months or so...light spotting. Other than that, nothing. I also took pregnancy tests just to be sure - negative. I called my dr. for my annual and he was a little alarmed about the no bleeding. We are now doing blood work to make sure everything is alright. I'm a little nervous. I haven't ever taken anything else. I thought this was normal?

I've been on Loestrin for over 2 years and I have loved it. I went on it to control my migraines because I started getting them at 42 the week of my period and they would last days. Since starting Loestrin I haven't had one that severe if at all. I went to no period within 2 months and I love that. I've had no weight gain but have lost sex drive and that's not always so great. I'm 46 now and am perimenoposal and do now get periods but they are light and literally last 2 days if that. No cramping, but I still always know I'm going to have a period because I bloat the day before. Anyway, I read a great deal of the side effects women have been experiencing and I have to say I'm pretty blessed because I've had no real issues. Hope you have gotten all good answers for your question.
