I was prescribed riperidone over 6 years ago.I was wrongly diognosed as schiczophrenic.It made my life hell.i suffered phsically for the first 4 days of taking it.I was could not walk and was in alot of pain.Whe the physical side affects wore of,i started to feel strange mentally.I started to can not have very strange thoughts which made made mylife a misery.i often wished was dead because of this.I could not get on with my life.I might as well been mentally paralysed. I dont know if a medication could cause such side affects mentally.But I can not link it to anything else.It is strange that the hese thoughts affected me less whn I stopped this medication.After a while I was put on another medication .The thoughts were still disturbing me but not in a major way that it did when I was on risperidone.I developed depression as well.I was a once healthy person who was now mentally ill.I stopped all the anti schiczophrenia medication.Since then these thoughts are insignificant and no longer disturb me.I am now so happy that it is all over.i never want to go through anything like that again
