Dear cscald, To reply to ur question, No simvastatindoes not decrease sexual activity of anysort directly, however it must be noted that with a statin like simvastatin, you cannot mix drugs as they interfere in their pathways for metabolizing, so try a drug that does not metabolize thru the same pathway as cialis/viagra etc, I am sure there are drugs out there such as CRESTOR that do not interefe in those pathways even with grapefruit juice. So try it out and feel the difference.
