I too had a lot of dizziness when I started Lamictal. It lasted several weeks, until I went to my chiropractor and she did cranial-sacral therapy on me, which involves gentle adjustments to the bones that make up the skull. As she did it, I felt the dizziness and brain fog recede. I got up from the table about 70% better, and over the next couple of weeks the remaining dizziness ebbed away. I've now been on Lamictal for over three years and feel great on it. I hope this gives you some encouragement.
