I've been on Simvastatin for about 4 years but have been sufferin...

I took simvastatin for approx 4 months. It caused pain in the bends of my legs to the point I had to have help to get out of the car. My muscles ached and I did not have this pain prior to taking the med. I quit taking the med against my Drs orders and within 2 months I was back to normal.

I've been on statins for just over a year now and i have noticed pain in the sole of my heels a dull ache between my shoulder blades. also panic attack's. night sweats. lack of concentration, i stopped taking them three weeks ago and i do feel better my doctor said i would have to take some sort of statin but i think i will choose not to
