I have wasted a year and a half of my life on NuvaRing. I just feel so stupid not to realize this sooner. My hands were always cold, go white and painful. My back went numb when sitting in a chair. My happy go lucky attitude turned into a depressed and sad life. Sleep...what was that. My poor husband had been shut out. No sex drive-at all-nothing. I felt so numb. Stop crying and pay attention to your symptoms!!
