get off the yasmin! it's no good. i had the same side effects as you and now i'm scarred!! i will never take another bc pill again. some people go off yasmin and find another pill that works for them, but honestly, i don't want to risk it. i stopped taking it in january, and i'm feeling much better. but know that coming off it can be hard too. you will probably still have some anxiety, especially around the time of your period, for a few months after. i'm 24, very optimistic, in love with my fiancee, but the anxiety, panic, and the depression i got from the anxiey, that this pill caused me, made me second guess every single little thing in my life. it was a terrible experience. i've talked to doctors and nurses who say that they have heard of this a lot, and the complaints of yaz and yasmin are becoming more and more frequent. my advice: get off the pill - but you should prob talk to your dr first, no caffiene, no chocolate/candies, get a good multi-vitamin, and know that the anxiety is not "you." good luck!
I had this too!! Down to the ear-popping. I had been on it for 7 years and this just started with the latest pack (except the ear thing, that started earlier). I am so afraid this could happen again, it was one of the worst experiences of my life.
