Could someone please tell me how long SINGULAIR takes to get out of a child's body. I stopped giving my 7 yr old son SINGULAIR 4 months ago and although he has improved, I think SINGULAIR has some lasting permanent side effects. I also heard that it could take a full year for all of it to be out of his system. He took SINGULAIR for 2 years,I feel so bad. So does anyone know for sure how long it takes?????

Most medications will clear from your system within a week or so. It is totally unlikely that anyone would have any effects from a medication that was stopped 4 months ago. I'd start looking for other reasons at this point...
