I GOT THE SHOT FRIDAY... AND MONDAY I EXPERIENCED A FEVER, CHILLS, HEADACHE AND LOWER BACK PAINS... I TOOK SOME MEDICINE THINKING MAYBE I WAS JUST GETTING THE FLU... BUT ON TUES MY BACK IS STILL HURTING SO I'M THINKING MAYBE IT'S NOT THE FLU BUT THE SHOT..

I am not sure of the exact date of my daughters first gardasil shot, but she has been doctoring for months for many of the symptoms that I am reading about. She happened upon the information about the adverse side effects quite by accident. We have been to many doctors and have had a CT scan and MRI, for severe headaches that last for days. Her symptoms started with tingiling in her arms, then shortly after she developed skull splitting headaches, followed by ringing in her ears, and a temp. difficulty hearing,intermittent nausea and vomiting. She went for accupuncture testing for her arms, ENT doctor for testing of her ears (due to pain and hearing difficulty with ringing in her ears). Then they tried neurontin, because they thought her pain was nerve induced from the brain misfiring some kind of pain signals. All tests with no findings for her headaches. Finally we thought it might be her jaw, $2,400.00 later she now has dental appliances that don't do much. Now reading all of the writers (victoms I should say), so much makes sense. Thank God she only got one of the three shots, I can't imagine what might have happened. I am really mad at the drug companies, our govt. and the stupid doctors. I work with doctors every day so I have earned the right to call them stupid!! I sincerely hope everyone gets on the bandwagon to get something done, I know I am. Sincerely, One Pissed off MOM
