It may take up to six months to be normal again. You may experience some of the side effects back right before your period is due. Don't let that scare you. It will go away eventually. Take care!

Claudia and I seem to be on the same trajectory! I had mine inserted early Sept 07 and had it removed Feb 7, 08. The same day, the fog started to lift, the next day, the bloating began to diminish. A week later, the acne was noticeably better. Dizziness is gone, nausea is gone, libido is BACK (hooray...what's the point of birth control if it saps your libido??) I am still waiting for my first post-removal period (not pregnant according to those home tests) so hopefully that will further settle things. Best of luck to you!
