My husband was diagnosed with ALS in February, 2007. I am convinced it is due to his taking Zocor for 12 months (Nov. 05 to Nov. 06). While he took Zocor he did not feel well and had horrible muscle cramps in his left foot. After ten months of Zocor his symptoms began with foot drop in his left foot. He is now 59, can barely walking with canes, and is losing any strength in his hands.
