You are taking an amphetamine which is an appetite suppressant. My son is on it too. If you are not hungry at lunch try to eat at least a little. After school have a snack. I give my son milkshakes with carnation instant breakfast in them to supplement his diet and he takes vitamins daily. It should improve over time but may take a few months. I would have a parent call the doctor and voice your concerns as well. I don't know how long you have been on it so I don't know exactly what to advise. There is a patch form of the same med called Daytrana which is actually what my son is on. We take the patch off right after school (3:45pm) and that way he has a big appetite for dinner. Also, eat a big breakfast if you can to get some extra calories in case you are not hungry for lunch. This is a normal side effect for this med. Hope this is helpful! Good luck! You do have a little more control with Daytrana because you can get it out of your system a little sooner. Some people are sensitive to the adhesive, though.

Yes, adderall can cause wieght loss and supress your appetite. If it gets really bad call your doctor because anorexia can accur.
